Hello Everybody
Hope you are well.
I have been sewing the Nashville Quilt – it is all infilled with 1 1/2″ squares EPP which are ok to make whilst watching TV and come together surprisingly quickly. Although I do find the black squares make my eyes feel more tired than the lighter colours. Here is my progress so far …. these are the first two blocks of the top part of the quilt.

This Hand Quilt Along is an opportunity for hand quilters and piecers to share and motivate one another. We post every three weeks, to show our progress and encourage one another. If you have a hand quilting project and would like to join our group contact Kathy at the link below.

This will be a fun project to watch the progress on. I have a vintage Grandmother’s Flower Garden quilt that needs some repair. I will need to draft the hexagon because it is an irregular size after so many washings. I will use the EPP technique to get the quilt back to a state where it can be used again. I look forward to your next progress post.
My post for the 27ths was written as a draft so it fell under an earlier date when published,
