Hi Everyone
I have managed quite a lot of stitching on both the projects that I have assigned to this sew a long. So this week is the Cotton Reel Temperature Quilt. January is all complete in that I have sewn all the days and then most are sewn into a longer strip. I have started on February and have the first two weeks completed. The days are actually prepped (see a previous post where I said that I had prepped a few months) ready to be sewn on an evening whilst watching TV.
Here is a photo of the first two weeks in January and February. (Sorry about the quality, light isn’t very goods as it is raining outside and is quite dark.
My head is telling me to separate the months with a strip to make the quilt easy on the eye, My heart is saying no leave it the way it is, the transitioning of the colours both across and down the quilt are enough. Which way should I go???
Does anyone have some ideas?

At the moment, I like it the way it is. Maybe get another month or two completed and then see if you think it needs a separation.
