Good Morning Everybody
Hope you are well, I have contracted a horrible cold. To counteract that, resting means more sewing.
I have managed to develop the lace border on both sides of the main image and am really pleased at how it looks. Me being me, my mind is leaping ahead to the framing process. My first thought was black frame but now I am thinking an aged antique bronze might compliment the image. I know that when I get to the picture framers all my ideas will go up in flames and something else will catch my eye. Also, I do not think it needs a cardboard surround, but I thought that about Lady Greensleeves and then chose a small cream surround. Enough of my ramblings here are the photos.

Oh I think a metal frame as you thought sounds like a great idea! You’re making great progress, no one can blame you for already projecting yourself framing it
